Getting Started
How do I create my first video?
Simply enter a descriptive prompt in the generator, select your preferred voice and style, and hit "Generate". Our AI will handle the rest, from script to final render.
What resolution are the videos?
All videos are currently generated in high-definition (HD) 1080p, optimized for social media platforms like TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
How long does generation take?
Typically, a 1-minute video takes about 2-4 minutes to fully generate and render, depending on current server load.
Can I edit the generated video?
Yes! Our advanced editor allows you to swap scenes, edit text overlays, and change background music even after the initial generation.
Billing & Credits
How do credits work?
Each generation consumes a specific amount of credits based on the length and features used. You receive a monthly allowance with your subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can manage your subscription in the account settings. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your billing period.
Do credits roll over to the next month?
Unused credits from your monthly allowance do not roll over. However, purchased credit packs never expire.
Are my payment details secure?
We use Stripe for all transactions. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Technical & AI Generation
Is the content unique?
Yes, every video is generated uniquely based on your prompt. No two videos are exactly the same, even with the same input.
Which browsers are supported?
We recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for the best performance and compatibility with our editor.
Do I own the commercial rights?
Subscribers on the Professional and Team plans receive full commercial usage rights for all generated content.
Can I upload my own assets?
Yes, you can upload your own images and music to be included in your AI-generated videos via the Asset library.
